Teapot and Cup

When i first saw this teapot set, i was just so attracted to it. Not sure why but perhaps cuz its the black and also the red that stands out.

There's so much that came into mind when i saw this. I started thinking and imagining how would my future house's interior deco looks like. I'm sure to have dark furnitures with built in cabinets, wardrobes, sliding doors, full length glass on one side of the room and definitely great kitchen to work with.

If i'm not mistaken the red chinese character reads happiness. One can find this character cut outta a red paper and plastered on the wall or door during a typical chinese wedding dinner.

Ferris Wheel

I think the last time i sat on a ferris wheel was when i was in primary school. Every year end there'll be this so-called funfair/theme park open up to the public. That's the time when that place make the most cash since they are only operating during the year end school holidays. That place is still running till now and also the entrance fee has increased as well. The entrance fee isnt the only thing that has increased, the number of cars and the number of patrons have increased and therefore caused a massive jam around that area. Even the police couldnt do much, all they could was to issue summons to those illegally parked car along the area of the entrance.

Never thought i'll have a chance to experience the whole ferris wheel ride again till 2 weeks back. This ferris wheel has got a name on it - Eye on Malaysia.

Before i actually got to the ferris wheel place, i stopped to take some pics and to enjoy the scenery where we stopped the car. It was amazingly beautiful, picturesque, the pitch black sky and the colourful lights that beautify the whole view.

Upon arriving, i couldnt help but kept falling in love all over again with the wheel. I dont know wht about it that i was so mesmerised with but one thing for sure, i didnt wanna leave that place. Like that song from Jamilia - There's something bout you, there's definitely somethin bout you Ferris Wheel.

It was a good walk to the ticket booth and i really enjoyed every bit of it, the lights, the breezy wind and the landscape. Tthere was this area more like a lil cafeteria servin snacks and they have tables and chairs set up right below the wheel and the whole view's jst so soothin to the eyes. Given a chance, i would jst love to sit the night away watchin the wheel!

The ferris wheel has 42 gondolas and each pod can be fitted with the max of 8 people. The pod isnt exactly huge but i suppose it can be a lil cramp for 8. I had bout 4 rounds before the wheel stop to let a new set of patrons up their gondola.

Bullock Cart

I've seen bullock cart on the street, not very often but its unique enough to tease my curiousity and got me wondering how it feels like to ride like those boys steering the bullocks. Since then I've been wanting to get on a bullock cart and finally i've got the opportunity to do so when i went on a short vacation.

It was really fun be on the cart. As for the seat, it wasnt the typical ones where you gotta sit on the plank wood of the wooden cart, instead the seat was much more comfortable ; cushioned "chair" were provided for those who ride on it. The cart were fitted with lil ruffled curtains to sort of beautify the cart and also to shade those riding in it.  The ride was rather short, despite that the feeling of riding the cart will definitely be one unforgettable experience.

It was really fun to look out to the street when the bullocks pulled the cart. When both bullocks moved simultaneously, it was a lil imbalance in the back seat but that was the best feelin ever! It gave me the opportunity to feel the exact same feeling and experience the exact same motion those lil boys experienced when they guided their cart on the street in my hometown.

Our guide wasnt very chatty. Perhaps he's the quiet type. Even in the back seat where we were seated, we weren't exactly chatty as well, i suppose we were tryin to absorb all that we were feelin at that moment. I know that i was smiling and feelin really happy throught that short journey. At the end of the ride, i got the not-so-chatty guide to pose for me. He even smiled at the camera but too bad i was too slow to capture that smile!
